En esta colaboraci\u00f3n <strong>queremos ver c\u00f3mo podemos ser competentes para ser felices. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La felicidad es uno de los temas m\u00e1s importantes y m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de abordar para los seres humanos. Todos tenemos una opini\u00f3n acerca del significado de la felicidad, pero cuando nos detenemos a analizar dicha idea puede ser que nos topamos con m\u00e1s interrogantes que certezas.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para empezar: \u00bfla felicidad es algo que nos produce alg\u00fan agente externo, o es algo que producimos nosotros mismos? <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por nuestra forma de hablar, parecer\u00eda que son las personas que est\u00e1n alrededor nuestro, o ciertos acontecimientos que vivimos, los que nos producen la felicidad. Podemos decirle a alguien: \u201cme haces muy feliz\u201d. O bien podemos reconocer: \u201cestoy feliz de tener un nuevo celular (carro, trabajo, etc.)\u201d. <strong>Da la impresi\u00f3n de que la felicidad <\/strong><\/span><strong><i>nos llega de fuera<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De entre nuestros conocidos, seguramente los hay quienes viven contentos con poco, y quienes aunque tengan mucho no resultan tan felices. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 esta diferencia?<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Viktor Frankl, sobreviviente de un campo de concentraci\u00f3n nazi y creador de la logoterapia dice: \u201ccomprend\u00ed c\u00f3mo el hombre, despose\u00eddo de todo en este mundo, todav\u00eda puede conocer la felicidad si contempla al ser querido\u201d (1991, p. 27). Y vaya que Frankl vivi\u00f3 varios a\u00f1os de su vida despojado de todo. Sigo cit\u00e1ndolo: \u201cCuando el hombre se encuentra en una situaci\u00f3n de total desolaci\u00f3n, sin poder expresarse por medio de una acci\u00f3n positiva, cuando su \u00fanico objetivo es limitarse a soportar los sufrimientos correctamente \u2014con dignidad\u2014 ese hombre puede, en fin, realizarse en la amorosa contemplaci\u00f3n de la imagen del ser querido\u201d (1991, 27). <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si nos atenemos a lo que dice Frankl, la posibilidad de ser felices a\u00fan en condiciones de gran sufrimiento radica en nuestra capacidad para amar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 tan competentes somos para amar? \u00bfEn nuestra experiencia, reconocemos la relaci\u00f3n causal que hay entre amar y ser felices?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Referencia:<\/p>\n<p>Frankl, V.
