By\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityu.edu\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">City University of Seattle<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carlos Humberto Garc\u00eda Alvarado, Institutional Affairs, President&#8217;s Office, Ensenada campus. By\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityu.edu\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">City University of Seattle.<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jos\u00e9 Luis Bonilla Esquivel, Coordinator of the Doctorate and of the Masters in Education at System level in Campus Tijuana. By\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iteso.mx\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, 10 new professors with these credentials were integrated to the area of Administration and Business, Engineering and Humanities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dra. Dalia Holanda Ch\u00e1vez Garc\u00eda<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Edgar Madrid<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dra. Marisela Martinez<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dra.
