What is TEFL?<\/b><\/h4>

TEFL\/TESL stands for Teaching English as a Foreign or Second Language.<\/span><\/p>

The CETYS University TEFL Certificate Program provides training for a successful and enriching teaching career in English as a Second or Foreign Language. Core courses focus on the principles of language teaching and the effective implementation of innovative methodologies. Elective courses focus on specialization areas.<\/span><\/p>

AIM<\/strong><\/h4>

The certificate program is open to anyone with at least two years of college coursework or its equivalent and English proficiency to pass the TEFL Certificate entrance exam. Prospective candidates with less than two years of college coursework may apply with at least two years of English Teaching experience.<\/span><\/p>
