Why transition our MBA program to an online course?
COVID-19 has shaken the entire world. This has pandemic forced everyone to take hygiene and isolation measures. This contingency challenges us to adapt and evolve, to not stop and find new ways of study and work in this “new normality.” Because of this, we have decided to transition our MBA to an online environment.
What does this online modality mean for the MBA?
Is a course developed in a virtual environment, designed to open the possibility for synchronous (teacher and students online at the same time) and asynchronous (teacher and students are not online at the same time) activities, in such a way that allows contact and guidance despite not being face-to-face. To accomplish this, we will utilize different technologies and activities.
Will there be changes in the program’s schedule?
We have made a few changes:
Some 18:30 classes now start at 18:00, and, some weekend classes were moved to a Monday to Thursday schedule.

Can I wait until Q1 to enroll?
Waiting for the next semester will always be your decision. We want you to consider that the world is changing and will keep changing. One of the reasons to study an MBA is to prepare yourself for a better future. Today’s situation is an invitation to evolve, to change from what we were used to, including the way we work, the way we learn, and the way we live. Think it this way: enrolling in an online program will enhance your abilities to answer future challenges.
Will there be new subjects?
There are no plans for new subjects. On the other hand, it will be easier now to course subjects on another campus.
If you wish to make most of this opportunity, talk to your academic coordinator to make sure there’s availability on your selected campus and course.
Can I enroll in subjects from another Campus?
Yes. If there’s a subject you’re interested in, talk to your Academic Coordinator, they will check if there’s room for you in its campus/class, then will proceed with enrollment.
In this new modality, it’s easier.
Can I drop for a period of time?
You can and it’s unnecessary to request offcial documentation, simply come back as soon as possible to finish your studies. We invite you to consider studying at least one subject.
We are working very hard to offer you a highly-competitive and innovative program through this new modality.
Even if it isn’t face-to-face, we have close follow-up from teachers.
Will there be a fee change because it’s online?
The fee will remain the same during this modality change, since the objectives, evaluation criteria, and contact with your teachers will remain through digital platforms.
Will the next quarter still have online clases?
We don’t know yet. It depends on how this situation evolves. Take this opportunity and study in this new modality while you can!
