The day of the exam
Register to choose your admission test date. Once registration payment has been made you will be able to take the preparation course. Payment will be credited towards your tuition.
Please be on time and bring with you a photo ID, eraser and a No. 2 pencil.

Interview with Academic Advisor
Upon obtaining the minimum score for enrollment, you may make an appointment with your program’s Academic Advisor. One of our advisors will be with you every step of the way to secure interviews and support each of your academic stepping stones during the application process.

Financial aid or support
Our advisor will let you know in detail about each of our financial aid or scholarship plans as well as requirements and documents needed to apply.

Enrollment period
Please bring the following documents on your designated dates (send to you via e-mail or informed by your advisor):
- Graduate School Acceptance Letter
- Birth Certificate, original and a copy
- Degree and professional license (or Completion Letter and transcripts)
- If you are interested in obtaining your degree through your Graduate studies: acceptance letter from your previous university.
- Copy of CURP (for more information on that requirement and if you want to know if you are exempt from this step, please ask your CETYS advisor)
- Copy of proof of address
- 1 photo*

8 out of every 10 students at CETYS have some form of financial aid.
CONACYT Scholarship– Industry graduate programs
It is applicable to tuition and allows students to carry out their studies, provided that they work within the framework of CETYS-INDUSTRY collaboration aligned CONACYT standards.
Public Organizations
- 50% of tuition for Baja California State Government employees*
- 35% of tuition for IMSS employees
- 30% of tuition for CECyTE BC employees
*Ask if your organization qualifies and requirements/documents needed to apply.
Private organizations
20% of tuition for private companies.
CETYS Alumni Tuition Discount
If you, or your parents graduated from each of our degree programs from any campus, a 10% automatic tuition discount is applied.
FAFSA Financial Aid
U.S. Federal Financial Aid that may be requested upon enrollment to CETYS for all U.S. Citizens or residents.
